Join
Accept your invitation, verify your email, and complete a minimal eligibility and profile setup.
Activate
Complete Genome Activation and choose Core, Protocol, or Mastery. You'll see the exact charge and start condition before anything recurring begins.
Provide a sample
Healthiphi arranges collection at the pilot's designated location and ships your sample to Ambiogen, our lab partner.
Receive a reviewed explanation
A report is reviewed and released to you — with source, date, and method — and clinically important findings stay visible independent of your plan.

Billing timing and cancellation, in plain terms
Genome Activation is charged at signup. Your first monthly membership charge only happens once your genome report is released and your plan's services are ready — and we'll tell you the exact date and amount at least three days before charging.
Renewals bill monthly from your first successful payment date. Plan changes take effect at your next renewal — no mid-cycle proration. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops the next uncharged renewal and you keep access through your paid cycle and to previously released reports.
Additional PHI Guide sessions are $60 for 30 minutes or $120 for 60 minutes, subject to capacity. Prices shown are USD; tax treatment will be finalized before live checkout.

Genetic and health data deserve real safeguards, not a badge. Here is plainly what we do.
Your data stays private
Clinical records live in a private schema behind server-side checks and row-level security — never exposed directly to a browser database client.
Versioned, specific consent
We ask for specific, versioned permissions — not one blanket agreement — and keep an auditable record of what you agreed to and when.
You control what's collected
We collect what a specific service needs, when it needs it. Withdrawing a permission changes future processing without silently erasing your history.
Export and deletion, on request
You can request an export or deletion of your data. Some records may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so, and we'll explain why.
